Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 36 hours of placing your order. To do so, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Processed or Shipped Orders
Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, we are no longer able to intercept it for cancellation.
Don't worry! If your order has already shipped, you can still return your items under our return policy.
Important Note: If a cancellation request is submitted after the order has been processed, return shipping costs may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
