At Clenzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we’re here to make things right. We offer both refunds and exchanges to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
Refunds:
Eligibility: You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
Eligibility: We also offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, simply return the original item and we’ll send you the new item at no extra cost (as long as the request is made within 30 days of receiving your order).
Process: Contact us at [email protected] to let us know what you'd like to exchange. We’ll provide you with return instructions and once we receive your return, we’ll promptly ship the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund, based on your preference.
